Bottle Bagging

Productive Systems’ advanced bagging machine design with a direct bottle transfer feature from the air conveyor.

This machine is ideal for your high speed, unstable PET bottles!

Some of the Key features of our bagging machines:

Direct airveyor in-feed onto bagger, eliminating the use of table top conveyors.

Advanced design servo driven top sweep, which is faster, more stable and ideal for unstable and/or petaloid base bottles.

Complete Removal of the bag from the bagger after the bottles have been pushed into the bag and sealed. This allows for further automation through various methods, i.e. magazine, palletizing or overhead removal.

Incredible Flexible; the bagging machine can handle from 180ml up to 2L bottles on the same machine.
